Our homes are built, in Central Virginia, by Richmond Building Group, a quality and customer service-focused Virginia Class A building contractor.
Rick Bishop (left) and Matt Crisp (right) are the owners of Richmond Building Group and bring a wealth of experience and passion for exceptional results to bear on any custom home project they take on.
As Arthur Milton Homes grows, we will be represented by like-minded home builders who understand and appreciate the shared resources business model and how it works to help deliver an exceptional value and an outstanding experience to our home buyers.
Where
We currently offer Arthur Milton Homes throughout Central Virginia – specifically in and around Charlottesville, Fredericksburg, and (soon) Richmond.
Our homes are built on owner sites and in select planned communities and nicer subdivisions.
Current communities we build in include Mill Run at Lake Anna in Louisa County and RiverCreek, on the Rappahannock River, in Stafford County.
As we grow, and have more builders capitalizing on our shared resources, value-enhancing business model, we will expand across the Southeast and beyond.
